Payment has been made but the API token hasn’t been received
Please ensure that the email you used during payment was entered correctly; we will attempt to send the API token to that email.
You can also use the Payment Confirmation page to check whether your payment has been confirmed.
Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable once payment has been processed. This includes all subscription plans.

I have exceeded my monthly usage limit. Can I still use the service?
Yes, you can still use the service. Exceeding the monthly limit won't immediately suspend your account. We allow reasonable overuse. However, if the limit is repeatedly or excessively exceeded, your service may be suspended.
You can upgrade your plan at any time if your service is suspended for exceeding the limit.
Also, if you subscribe for more than one month, your monthly checking quota will be reset in the following month.
Can I pay using PayPal?
Yes, you can! We now offer PayPal as a payment option directly in our checkout process. Simply select PayPal when subscribing to any of our plans.
