About Indiwtf

How the service works and what it can tell you.

What is Indiwtf?

Indiwtf is a real-time service for checking whether a website is blocked in Indonesia. Every check resolves through Indonesian networks so you see exactly what local users would see.

Why do I see differences between Indiwtf and TrustPositif data?

Indiwtf uses the Indonesian network to perform real-time checks. TrustPositif data usually takes some time to align - it depends on how often each ISP updates its block list. Real-time checks give us the most accurate snapshot, which also acts as a safeguard against errors in TrustPositif's managed data (for example, legitimate websites being blocked by mistake).

Can I check a non-existing domain or a domain without an A record?

Yes - you can check any domain. If the domain doesn't exist or has no A record, the API may return an error because the domain cannot be resolved by the ISP that Indiwtf uses for checking.

Billing

Plans, payments, and quotas

The same answers you'll find on the pricing page - kept here so they're easy to revisit later.

I have exceeded my monthly usage limit. Can I still use the service?

Yes, you can still use the service. Exceeding the monthly limit won't immediately suspend your account. We allow reasonable overuse so a temporary spike never interrupts your monitoring.

Repeated or excessive overage may pause checks until you upgrade. You can upgrade at any time and your quota resets on the next billing cycle.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?

Yes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately. Please note that your current plan will be replaced by the new one.

Do unused checks roll over to the next month?

Not at the moment. Monthly quotas reset on your billing date, and unused checks do not roll over. Annual subscribers receive their full monthly allotment at the start of each calendar month.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept QRIS, GoPay, ShopeePay, OVO, DANA, and bank transfer through Midtrans for IDR billing. Credit and debit cards are handled through Polar for USD billing.

Do you offer refunds?

We refund the most recent payment within 7 days of purchase if the service did not work as described. Reach out to [email protected] and we'll sort it out.

What happens if I cancel?

Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be suspended until you renew your subscription. Your history and monitored domains will be retained according to your plan's data retention policy. Automated checks are only available on the Enterprise plan.
